QUESTIONS
What happens when I join?
Every new member starts with a 1:1 consultation. We get to know your goals, walk you through how our program works, and build a training schedule that fits your life. After that, you’ll jump into your first session with clear direction and a coach who knows your name.
What if I’m experienced?
Our programming scales up seamlessly. Our detailed focus on progression, intensity, load options, and structure will challenge you without compromising form. You will be pushed more in our group classes than if you trained alone.
How does your program work?
We train in structured cycles focused on strength, muscle development, and conditioning. Each cycle includes baseline testing and a final assessment so you can track meaningful progress. Between cycles, we deload and focus on recovery. It’s purposeful, progressive, and sustainable.
How many days per week should I train?
Most members train 3-5 days a week. Your coach will help you choose the best mix based on goals, schedule, and experience.
What if some of the exercises are new to me?
We’ll teach you the fundamentals and build your confidence through repetition and coaching. We opt in for lower intensity in practice until you’re comfortable - then we turn things up as you progress.
Can I still join if I’m coming back from time off?
Absolutely. Your coach will create a plan that supports easing back in while maintaining good mechanics.
Do I need to be in shape before I start?
We meet you where you are - no ego, no comparison. Our sessions include multiple levels so every member can train at their own pace.
Can I join anytime, or do you have set start dates?
You can join at any point in our training cycle. We’ll tell you where we are in the phase and how to get the most out of your first few weeks.
What does a typical session look like?
You’ll warm up intentionally, work through a strength block, and finish with conditioning. The pace is focused - not frantic. Coaches cue form, adjust loads, and guide you through every phase.
Will I get enough coaching in a group setting?
Absolutely. Every class will have 2 coaches on the floor to guide your experience. We keep class sizes to a controlled 30 members so coaches can give real attention - form checks, modifications, and clear guidance every time.
What if I have an injury or limitation?
Coaches will adjust movements on the spot and help you train safely. Modifications are normal here—no one is singled out or slowed down.
