    • Warm the body and prepare for quality strength work.
  • STRENGTH
    • Primary lifts trained with control and clear intent.
  • BUILD
    • Purposeful volume to develop strength, muscle, and consistency.
  • BUILD II
    • A second block targeting complementary patterns or supporting muscle groups.
  • CAPACITY
    • A measured effort to finish the session with purpose.
