Each session is coach-led and structured to guide you through team-based and individual efforts, helping you push your limits while staying connected to the process.

SESSION FORMAT

Each PLAY session is 60 minutes and coach-led, designed to challenge you, keep you engaged, and build momentum through shared effort.

  • PREP
    • Warm-up tied to the session’s focus.
  • PRIMER
    • Groove movement and prepare for pacing.
  • MAIN EFFORT
    • A structured conditioning piece.
  • SECONDARY EFFORT
    • A shorter block or partner format based on the day.
  • RESET
    • A cooldown to finish the session with intention.
