    • Weekly focuses tied to the PERFORM cycle.
  • STATIC LENGTHENING
    • Intentional holds to expand range.
  • PATTERN WORK
    • Drills that support squats, hinges, presses, and pulls.
  • RESET
    • A cooldown to return the body to baseline.
